The increasing growth of terrorist activities, contraband and illegal transportation drives the demand for high performance security systems. Special attention needs to be paid to the area of international cargo transport that is usually the preferred vector for the contraband with weapons, radioactive and explosive materials, narcotics and other forbidden material, easy to be hidden inside large volume of goods. The daily increasing volume of transported cargo makes it impossible to physically inspect all suspicious transports.

radiation Safety

Radiation dose of the driver is less than 0.2 uSv/scan. In comparison, using Linear Accelerator (LINAC) technology, in the same conditions the radiation dose is much more higher, generating the impossibility to scan a vehicle with humans inside.

Due to extremely low radiation dose, a bus can be scanned with all the passengers inside, without any precaution, notification or record of the ID of passengers.

Operating features

Remote operated by 1 operator placed outside of the Exclusion Area. Disassembly and reassembly in another site in two hours

Scanning one by one of stationary vehicles (optimized solution in terms of penetration and image resolution);

Sequential scanning

Sequential scanning of a number of vehicles placed in a line for a higher throughput;

Drive through scanning

Fixed portal scanner (the inspected vehicles can be driven by their driver in order to be fully scanned at low speed of 5 to 15 km/hour that generates an optimized solution in terms of throughput of more than 200 long vehicles/hour).
